Our privacy policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that The Wellbeing 2.0 Conference (‘Wellbeing 2.0’) can use such data in accordance with our privacy policy.

You will ensure that at all times you use the Services, the Properties have a clearly labeled and easily accessible privacy policy that provides end users with clear and comprehensive information about cookies, device-specific information, location information and other information stored on, accessed on, or collected from end users’ devices in connection with the Services, including, as applicable, information about end users’ options for cookie management.

You will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that an end user gives consent to the storing and accessing of cookies, device-specific information, location information, or other information on the end user’s device in connection with the Services where such consent is required by law.

Wellbeing 2.0 respects your privacy and endeavours to protect the personal information you entrust us with. Therefore we have established a regime for the responsible collection and handling of personal information concerning ticketholders, delegates, speakers, individual clients and other individuals. Individuals have the right to access their information, which is held by Wellbeing 2.0, and rectify any errors made.

Personal information collected with the individual’s consent will be used to help improve our service to you and inform you of upcoming events. This information is also necessary for us to process your purchase, registration or enquiry and for the planning, monitoring and enhancing the quality of future conferences. If you cannot or do not wish to provide the necessary information, Wellbeing 2.0 might not be able to meet the purposes for which the information was sought for.

Photography, videography, and audio recording will be taken during the Wellbeing 2.0 Conference. By entering the event premise, you consent to the release of any photos, digital images, video and audio recordings, interviews, and their release, reproduction, and publication for news, promotional purposes (exhibitions, public outreach), media, publicity materials (printed materials such as newsletters, annual reports), on websites, social media, or any other purposes that the organizers, partners, and affiliates deem fit to use. Any objections or complaints should be raised with the event host before the event commences.

Wellbeing 2.0 will not reveal customer information to any external organization unless required by law. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party organization.

In the unlikely event there is a breach in this Policy, there is an established complaint procedure for investigation and rectification. A written complaint must be forwarded to admin@wellbeing2.com within FOUR (4) months of the time the complainant first became aware of the apparent breach. The complaint must specify details of the apparent breach. Action may be taken against any person who breaches this policy, including a summary dismissal in the even of what Wellbeing 2.0 considers to be a serious breach by a member of The Wellbeing 2.0 Conference Planning Team and Architects.

Wellbeing 2.0 will take reasonable steps to ensure that all personal information it holds will be protected from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, we cannot be responsible for any unauthorised wilful use and from risks, which are inherent in all internet communications.
