Mdm Halimah Yacob
Chancellor of the Singapore University of Social Sciences | 8th President of Singapore
Mdm Halimah Yacob, Chancellor of the Singapore University of Social Sciences, served as the eighth, and first female, President of Singapore from 2017 to 2023. Prior to that she was, from 2013, the first female Speaker of Parliament. After getting a law degree from the University of Singapore in 1978, she joined the National Trades Union Congress and headed the women’s development secretariat and the legal services department before becoming NTUC’s deputy secretary-general. She stood for election as a People’s Action Party candidate in 2001 and was the first Malay woman to be elected an MP. Before becoming Speaker, Halimah served as Minister of State in the Ministry of Social and Family Development. Mdm Halimah was also the first Singaporean to serve on the Governing Body of the International Labour Organisation, a United Nations agency, between 1999 to 2011.
Neytrul Rinpoche
Professor of Buddhism | Head of Neyphug Monastery, Bhutan
As a Professor of Buddhism, Rinpoche Neyphugl has taught in various countries, and is a beloved teacher because of his warm personality, sense of humour, and compassion. Besides preserving and spreading the Buddha Dharma, Rinpoche has tirelessly worked on many Dharma projects, the lastest being the establishment of the Neyphug Thegchen Tsemo School for underprivileged children in Bhutan. At times, he has had to drive 18 hours and walk 20 hours to bring orphaned children back to the monastery; worked alongside construction workers to build toilets, bathrooms and kitchen facilities; and worked hand in hand with Heyphug villagers to pave a road to the monastery.

Professor Boniwell is a global leading authority in the field of positive psychology, and is the author / editor of twelve books, founder of UEL’s MSc in Applied Positive Psychology (the first degree of its kind in Europe), consulting academic board member for the School of Positive Psychology (Singapore), first vice-chair of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), and co-founder of the European Network of Positive Psychology. Mentored by Martin Seligman, Prof. Boniwell has delivered over 200 keynotes and advised the governments of UAE and Bhutan, as well as companies such as ClubMed, L’Oréal, Unilever, Nestle, EY, Microsoft, and BNP Paribas.
Reverend Dr. William Wan

A lawyer, theologian and psychometric analyst, Dr Wan has taught at universities, practised law, pastored churches, and managed law firms, higher education institutions and psychometric business. A co-founder of the Christian Lawyers’ Fellowship, the Prison Fellowship and the Evangelical Fellowship of Singapore, he actively contributes to several non-profit organisations including Project We Care. He is a public speaker and published author. Dr Wan received several awards including the Ottawa Board of Police Commissioners’ Civilian Commendation, The Ontario Solicitor-General’s Award, The Active Ageing Award from the Council of Third Age, The Abdeali Tayebali Lifetime Achievement Award, the President’s Volunteerism and Philanthropy Award and the SSA Distinguished Service Award (Bronze).
Dr. Angela Tan

When Dr. Angela Tan’s parents divorced, young Angela focused on her academic achievements to anchor herself. She graduated from medical school in 2007, went on to pursue her Masters degrees and two graduate diplomas. Through her work as a palliative care physician and life coach, Angela rekindled the magic of love in her. She stumbled upon the domain of sexual medicine in 2016, and went on to pursue a Fellowship with the European College of Sexual Medicine. Dr Mustafa Izzuddin is a Fellow at Residential College 4 and Adjunct Senior Lecturer at NUS College, National University of Singapore (NUS). Dr Mustafa is concurrently a Senior International Affairs Analyst with Solaris Strategies Singapore, a Visiting Professor in International Relations at the Islamic University of Indonesia and Associate Professor and Executive Director of Nehginpao Kipgen Centre of Southeast Asian Studies at OP Jindal Global University India. He was an ASEAN Fulbright Scholar at Georgetown University, Global Public Policy Network Fellow at Peking University, Dawoodi Bohra Foundation Fellow at Oxford University and Fellow in Civilizational Dialogue at the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) in Morocco. He serves on the Councils of the Muslim Kidney Action Association (MKAC) and the National Youth Achievement Award (NYAA). Dr Mustafa received his PhD in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Based on his three decades of voluntary leadership in championing socio-cultural causes in Singapore, including youth development, and being a leading voice in interfaith bridge-building, Dr Mustafa was listed as one of the top 500 most influential Muslims of the world for 2024.
